Bought a Single Family home in Ashland OR 2018
"Russ helped me find a buy a great home in Ashland. At that time, I didn't know all that much about the area, neither about the process and what's involved with buying a home in the USA. Russ was just great, he explained everything, showed me around multiple times, explained the pros and cons of different areas, showed me several houses, and also warned me when he thought I may want to stay away from a particular property. He demonstrated good negotiating skills when it came to my offer; if it was just up to me, I would have probably paid a higher price since I liked the house and was also somewhat on tight schedule due to expecting a newborn in a few months. In addition, I had to leave the country for a few weeks after I made the offer, and so Russ had to step in a help me organize the inspection and a few other things while I was away. During the process he kept me updated regularly about everything that was going on. At the end, everything worked out perfectly, I have moved in a week ago and just getting ready to have my wife and child move in with me. Working with Russ was a great experience and I will recommend him to all my friends."

"Russ sold our house for us and found a house for us to buy. He made sure our house we sold and the house we bought closed at the same time because he knew that was one of our biggest worries.
